Questions we get asked
Do I have to install all eight?
No. Every app is independent and none of them depend on another to work. Most stores install one or two that match the gap they actually have.
What does “tested on real hardware” actually mean?
Labels get printed on real Avery, Dymo and Zebra stock and scanned with a real scanner. Documents get run through thermal and laser printers. Output that looks right on screen and wrong on paper is not finished.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
You get prompted to upgrade. Work in progress is never blocked and nothing you have created is deleted.
Do you sell or train on my store data?
No to both. We do not sell store or customer data, we do not use it to train models, and we do not use it for advertising. Each app publishes exactly what it accesses on its own policy page.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall from your Shopify admin. Billing stops in line with Shopify’s cycle. If you want your data exported before you go, ask and we will help.
